I was born and raised in Queens NY, the eldest of four kids, to a middle-class immigrant family from Pakistan. We were always very well taken care of. My father worked hard and honorably to provide for our family, a trait that I would come to have incredible respect for and strive to emulate in my life.

It wasn't until my High School years when I realized a harsh truth most people will never admit to themselves……. Your options in life will be limited by your income.

Applying to colleges bought up conversations around cost of tuition, potential income in the degree I'll work towards, cost of living away from home etc. I realized very fast that if I follow the norm of the 9-5 career path, I would one day be sitting down with my children years from now having the same conversation of choosing options "within their means". This is just one example that I faced. There are countless families having similar conversations that is not just limited to scholastic careers. 

 

…. my father worked too hard to get this far just for me to settle with limited options. I knew there had to be something more.

While studying at SUNY Buffalo I was introduced to a network of successful professionals who have done well career wise but also understood the importance of creating supplemental income. I earned their time and respect and qualified to work with them. They showed me how to leverage social commerce to not just create extra income, but exposed me to leadership skills, sales and team building.

 

The decision to focus on WHO I was connected to vs WHAT I was working on over the next few years immersed me in a world of people that created generational wealth, had long term visions and had access to mentorship which guided me toward financial literacy.

After obtaining many of my financial goals, with still more to come, our team now has the privilege to connect with others to help them as well. We see too many people starting side hustles but very few who know how to finish them.  As such, we look forward to being a resource to support your journey to not only diversify your income, but also your skills sets, and most importantly, to elevate your quality of life.
